Meet Our Founder
Mrs. Rachel Holifield is a professional Educator with a specialty in Educational Leadership and Entrepreneurship! Her experience includes over 2 decades in the Public Education sector as a teacher and administrator. She’s served as a school administrator for over a decade. In addition, she’s work ed with Educational Non-profits leading academic proficiency impact and program management.
She founded Learn Grow EMPOWER, Inc., to further impact and empower students, families and educators with unique educational opportunities, advocacy skills and further professional training when those individuals have limited financial resources.
Currently, she leads as Executive Director and owner of Learn, Grow and More Learning, LLC, which is a multi-layered educational company focusing on educational leadership/program coordination, enrichment, aftercare and early learning.
As a mentor for GAP, she serves as Board President. Her areas of focus include Leadership, Planning, and Educating. She aims to support the organization in all capacities and aim to provide servant leadership modeling a hands-on approach by making an impact with the mentees and community at large.
Mrs. Holifield is a Momentum Alumni member, Junior League Active Member, and serves and supports a variety of nonprofit and community volunteer and engagement opportunities.
